NexBlu's graphite-containing expanded polystyrene (GPS) cooling rings are a new and groundbreaking cold chain supply packaging solution. An evolution from traditional expanded polystyrene (EPS) packaging, NexBlu cooling rings utilize graphite granules and 30% recycled materials, offering not only a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution but also superior thermal insulation with economic benefits.
With the ability to directly attach the cooling rings to shipping containers, NexBlu Ring Coolers allow for increased load capacity and/or extended thermal protection time, optimizing logistics and material usage. NexBlu Ring Coolers adhere to the Circular Economy principles, from the cooler to the printed label, delivering a simple, fully recyclable, and completely new product to the market.

NexBlu insulated containers offer a 20% improvement in thermal performance compared to traditional white EPS. This provides better protection for temperature-sensitive products during transport.
The thermal performance of EPS depends on its density, but this is not the case with GPS. NexBlu insulated containers can replace 1.25-density EPS with 1.00-density GPS, reducing material usage by approximately 20%.
NexBlu insulated containers use 30% recycled graphite granules without compromising the R-value of insulation. This contributes to a reduced carbon footprint and aligns with the circular economy model.
With NexBlu Ring technology, thermal protection can be extended up to 15 hours. The flexibility to increase cargo space and enhance protection saves costs and optimizes logistics.
