Sealed compartments contain purified water for stable and even cooling. At 8" x 12", the POP mat fits perfectly around food in a lunchbox or can be placed flat on top. Food-safe colors are incorporated into the gel, creating a temperature indicator – darker colors mean the mat is warmer, lighter colors mean it's still cold.
