1. Sales Accountant: 2 positions
Job description:
Sales Transaction Management: Process orders; verify the validity of quotations and sales contracts; issue financial invoices and accurately record revenue.
Accounts Receivable Management: Closely monitor receivables, perform periodic reconciliations with customers, and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Inventory & Goods Management: Coordinate with the technical department to track the inbound, outbound, and stock levels of monitoring equipment; conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure physical stock matches system records.
Sales Support: Provide information on order status and customer balances to assist the Sales team in making business decisions.
Periodic Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, sales costs, and gross profit as required by the Board of Directors.
Recruiting Sales Accountant
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications: College or University degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales accounting or inventory accounting (especially in the equipment or technical distribution sector).
Professional Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
Solid understanding of regulations regarding invoices, documentation, and VAT.
Soft Skills:
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possessing strong numerical reasoning.
Effective communication and persuasion skills when dealing with customers regarding payment matters.
Ability to work under pressure during month-end closing periods.
2. Technical Support Specialist: 2 positions
Recruitment: Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
Advise on solutions and directly install smart surveillance systems for clients.
Provide technical support and maintenance, and ensure stable system operation.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to provide technical support during customer care activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Male, aged 22–35, with a passion for technology/engineering.
Qualifications: College or University degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Skills: Strong communication and flexible problem-solving abilities; proficient in office software.
